Methodology

The methodology of this specialization is accompanied by the training of students to develop their skills and abilities for everything a business manager needs to know.

Our courses are designed for leaders who (need to) make decisions in the short and in the long run. For this reason, the focus on the practical component is a fundamental element in the training of specialists.

The academic structure of each course should be of at least 65% practice and 35% theory.
A specially developed practice-oriented methodology based on the following pillars:

  • Case studies
  • Conversations
  • Guided discussions
  • Role plays
  • Project structure
