Angela Posse, CESA 93’ undergraduate alumni is now the General Director of the institution’s Entrepreneurial Management Unit (UGE). The UGE is in charge of CESA’s relationship with the entrepreneurial and government sectors and manages different areas: Entrepreneurial Consulting, the Center for Leadership and Entrepreneurship, Corporate Visits and Internships, and Executive Training.
Angela has dedicated the last 15 years to the social sector, serving as General Manager, Director and Coordinator at several nonprofit organizations like UNICEF and Best Buddies Colombia, working to create relationships with private corporations and developing programs that integrate the social and private sectors.
“I’m happy, the staff is very warm and special, they gave me a great welcome and I feel at home”, she stated in an interview, adding that “it’s a big challenge… CESA is very well positioned and has an excellent presence within corporations, and that has potential to be maximized.”
Angela wants to bring all her experience in strategic partnerships and use it in service of the Unit. “We have a big challenge - to work as a team in order to really become a strategic ally of businesses using all the tools and services the UGE has to offer.”
Outside the office, Angela has a passion for life coaching and helping people in personal development processes. In fact she has an ACC certification from the International Coach Federation and more than 300 hours of practice. She’s married and has three daughters - 17, 15 and 10 years old, “I hope they become part of this wonderful family if they decide to study Business”, Angela said.
