A business school with a leadership vocation for transformation
CESA –College of Higher Studies in Administration– was founded in 1974 by a group of Colombian business leaders who envisioned a new generation of leaders for the country. Their vision gave rise to a premier business school. Over the past five decades, CESA has contributed more than 4,500 business administration graduates and nearly 5,800 postgraduate alumni to society, with one in every four becoming an entrepreneur. CESA graduates are widely recognized for their excellence in Colombia’s business sector.
Mission
To educate, across the course of their lives, leaders of integrity who are equipped to understand local and global needs and trends; who generate value within public and private organizations through an entrepreneurial spirit, and a transformative and innovative mindset; to promote present and future development and collective well-being.

Vision
By 2050, to be the leading business school in Colombia and Latin America: inclusive, diverse, and closely connected to the socio-economic and environmental context, with graduates who deliver transformative, sustainable, and socially responsible solutions.
